We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Sales Specialists who can identify and qualify new clientele, network and develop strategic partnerships for our company.
The successful candidate will seek out new accounts, including major retail accounts, trendy medium sized businesses, high-end boutiques, marketing firms and business groups for lead generation and relationship building. In addition, she/he will coordinate communications of new account information and setup a techical interview with our development team and or project managers.
High-energy and a positive personality are a must, as are creativity and a desire to work in an exciting work environment. Experience with a proven track-record of closing large deals is a plus. The successful candidate must be innovative, dedicated and hard working. She or he must be able to work independently and as a team, self motivate and solve problems, as well as follow directions and implement decisions. Product knowledge is not as important as talent, energy and skills, but training and resources will be at your disposal.
Best of all, the position has significant room for growth!!! Once the successful candidate demonstrates her/his ability to parlay her/his experience to develop new business, she/he may be promoted to a management position supervising sales personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing relationships with key accounts and developing new accounts
Traveling or remotely working throughout the country and executing sales strategiesPlacing and facilitating sales calls with pre-existing and new accounts
Tracking the company sales cycle and following up accordingly to upsell and close deals Intra-company communications
Preparing marketing materials and developing sales strategies
Preparing sales reports and reporting to company executives
Providing input in product design and presentation
SKILLS:
1. Strong background in sales (face to face, telephone and internet a plus)
2. Positive outlook and energetic attitude
3. Strong communications skills
4. Detail oriented and organized
5. Internet savvy
6. Familiarity with MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel
7. Proficiency in English (foreign languages a plus)
8. Bachelor degree from recognized university a plus
9. Advertising/Marketing experience a plus
10. Proven track record in business-to-business sales a plus
